The Influence of Psychological Empowerment & Turnover Intention Through Career Growth in Pharmaceutical Companies, Lahore, Pakistan

چکیده

The aim of this study is to examine the impact psychological empowerment on employee turnover intention with moderating effect career growth. A cross sectional survey was used collect data. total 207employees different pharmaceutical companies in Lahore, were participating through random sampling survey. Our finding shows that two dimensions (emotional and relational) have an inverse relationship quit, whereas (behavioral cognitive) not significantly related theory. Career growth relational intention, although there no found remaining dimension (cognitive, emotional behavioral) intention. Because strategic importance human capital organization, it important for continuity firms retain their employees by providing best path move as well organization next level save cost
